I’d love to share my story of how I got started as a Virtual Assistant. I’ve been a stay at home homeschool mom for nearly 10 years and I’ve been looking for ways to add to the family income without having to leave my babies with a sitter. In a Facebook search for work from home opportunities I came across a group that caught my attention. Work From Home (without selling anything!) doesn’t post any MLM companies. It actually posts legitimate remote work. So I got excited! There was potential for something real – not sitting around pretending doing 20 surveys for $1 (or less) would add up to anything worthwhile for my family – and not having to beg people to buy things from me – what a dream! HAHA!
Anyway, in that group my VA coach, Esther Inman, shared her online course with me and it was there that I discovered the world of Virtual Assistance! Esther teaches her students how to do SO many things – such as, creating graphics, writing blogs, managing pinterest accounts and SO much more! You can view her whole course by clicking here (aff link).
Since January I’ve made about a gazillion graphics, written blog posts, newsletters, managed social media accounts, scheduled pins for Pinterest, created spreadsheets, and helped brainstorm business plans! I have two clients that I love and am opening up my availability to take on some more clients as well. If you’re looking for a way to add to your family income, you will love the 90 Day VA program! Everything is laid out beautifully. The course information is top notch. The instructors know their stuff. They help you every step of the way.
What questions do you have for me? Drop a note in the comments or send me an email! I’d love to help you get started on your own VA journey!
P.S. Through the 90 Day VA course, I was introduced to another remote career option – web design! Check out my new hobby here.
